You have the right to request deletion of your CoachSmart account and all associated personal data at any time. This page explains how to submit a request, what data will be deleted, and what (if anything) is retained and why.
To delete your account and data, send an email to our support team from the email address associated with your CoachSmart account. We will process your request within 30 days and confirm by email when deletion is complete.
When your deletion request is processed, the following personal data associated with your account is permanently removed from our systems:

In limited circumstances, some data may be retained after your account is deleted. This only occurs where we are legally required to do so.

Retained data is held securely and used only for the purpose stated above. It is never sold or shared with third parties for marketing.
CoachSmart is a team management platform. Deleting your account removes your personal data from our systems, but does not automatically remove club-level data (such as team rosters or event records) that your club administrator manages independently.
If you are an administrator and the only admin for your club, please contact us before requesting deletion so we can discuss how to handle the club's data or transfer admin rights to another member.
